For this, you'd have to complain with MicroSoft. You can easily
reproduce this 'bug' in the explorer:
* create a new folder
* copy some image files in that folder (only images, no other file types)
* browse to that folder
--> you'll see an image on the bottom right indicating that this folder
is an image folder
* extend the filename column
(in case you have the 'full row select' activated, which is by default:
change the registry value HKCU\Software\TortoiseSVN\FullRowSelect to 0
and try again. The background image now will only be hidden by the
filename column, not the others)
