Bug Report: Opaque File Column in Commit Window

Bug Summary: The File column in the Commit window has an opaque white
background.
Why It Matters: There is an arrow graphic in the background that is
obscured.
Request Summary: Make the File column have a transparent background
color so that it matches the Extension and other columns.
Versions Tested: TortoiseSVN 1.4.99, build 12047 32-bit -dev (latest
nightly)

Steps to Reproduce:
Commit changes to a repository so that the TortoiseSVN Commit window
appears. See the attached PNG.

Commentary:
I just saw it when I was doing tests regarding the revision 0 issues. I
do not recall seeing the problem in 1.4.7, but I also do not recall
seeing a background image in 1.4.7 either.
