TortioseSVN MSI installer files-in-use - Vista X64

Hello,

Re: Upgrade from 1.4.5 to 1.4.7
   (and 1.4.4 to 1.4.5 I think also)

I notice that when upgrading TortoiseSVN on my MS
Windows Vista Business x64 workstation the MSI installer
states that two processes are using files it wishes
to update (sorry but I do not know if this behaviour
affects other systems types or is Vista specific):

    the TortoiseSVN status cache process

and:

    Windows Explorer process

It is not surprising that either of these is running
and using such files in an update situation.

They also seem not to be the sort of processes that
should just be clobbered using Windows Task Manager,
especially Windows Explorer! The TortoiseSVN status
cache process seems to re-start itself in any case.

If this is a _real_ problem then TortoiseSVN cannot
be upgraded on such systems - at least not without
un-installing the existing version first (which
your FAQ claims is not required).

If this is not a problem why does the installer
report them at all? All it does is serve to worry
and confuse us poor users!!!

Regards, and thanking you for your time.
