md5 problem on downloads

From: Nicolas Alvarez <nicolas.alvarez_at_gmail.com>

When trying to check the TortoiseSVN md5 files (such as [1]) from
Windows, the checksum fails. If I use md5sum -b, it works.

The problem is the .md5 file doesn't have an asterisk to mark it's
supposed to be a binary file. Generating the checksums with -b should
add that automatically.
