Setting Dialog - Feature Enhancement

Hello,

if there is a syntax error in the subversion configuration file it is
not possible to open the TortoiseSVN settings dialog. TortoiseSVN give
the right hint that in the Subversion configuration file there is an
error. But if you click ok on the error message box. The settings dialog
is not opened. I would prefer to open the TortoiseSVN settings dialog so
that the user can open the Subversion configuration file from there.

Just a suggestion.
