Deleting Working Copy -- Something goes wrong

Hello,

I have a strange error. If I delete a complete workingcopy with Shift +
Del in the explorer. The folder still appears in the explorer without a
TortoiseSVN status icon. But I can`t get into the folder. Explorer says
a permission problem. If I log out Windows tells me that TSVNCache does
not react. After a new login the folder in the explorer doesn`t appear
anymore.

I guess that TSVNCache blocks the complete delete process of the
explorer. If I logout TSVNCache will stop running and Windows can delete
the folder.

I tested with TortoiseSVN 1.4.99, Build 11822.
