Just installed the current nightly build on a win2k virtual machine.
Overlays are working properly as expected.

First uninstall TSVN completely.
Then open the registry editor, go to
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\current
version\explorer\ShellIconOverlayIdentifiers

If there are any entries there named after TSVN, remove them manually.

Then install TSVN again.
