Request to move log cache settings in settings

Hi folks,

The log cache settings are currently under general settings along with
context menus, dialogs and colours, which is growing quite large in
the docs. I think the cache section has more similarities to the one
for Saved Data, and deserves a page of its own. I would suggest moving
the page to sit between Saved Data and Hook Scripts.
