which version of 7-zip do you have installer?
which os?
which verion of TortoiseSVN did you install?

I am running 7-zip 4.32 on Windows XP and I install almost every nightly build of TortoiseSVN and I can ensure you that I never had any problems with 7-zip & tsvn together.

Do you have any other shell extensions installed?
