tortoisesvn damaged 7-zip installation

I have 7-zip installed, and it works fine, but after tortoisesvn is
installed, the 7-zip context menu can't popup submenu anymore.

Further more, any context menu added manually disappears, these menu
are added by modify the registry entry
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/*/shell/apps/command.
