I agree that the name can users' confusion, but I do not think there
is any malice here.
This project is open source (GPL, according to sourceforge site) and
seems to have a goal of mimicing TortoiseSVN's interface in GTK environment.
So a name like 'GtkTortoiseSVN' would be IMHO justified, but does not
sound good ;-)
Current name is just a clumsy attempt at word play (toy + tortoise).

Hopefully toytoisesvn's author will agree to change his project's name
if you ask him.
