Arrow keys usage in diff dialog

It used to be that when diffing two files in TSVNMerge, I could navigate
using left/right arrow for prev/next difference and scroll using up/down
arrow and pgup/pgdn. In later trunk builds, this has not been possible.
Instead, the arrow and pgup/dn keys seem to control an invisible cursor,
which only can be used to scroll rather awkwardly. Is this intentional?
I would suggest that the arrow keys should navigate diffs as before
until the user indicates an intention to edit by clicking somewhere.
Perhaps it should also be possible to go back to 'diff naviation mode'
after editing?
