Should we really just show the property diffs here? I mean a server
roundtrip is required anyway just to find out whether the url points to
a file or a folder. And once we know, showing the changed-files dialog
doesn't take much more for a folder - which is then much more useful
because it lets the user diff all changed items below that folder too.

But of course, I'm not the only one here with an opinion about this :)

I can't reproduce that. Where exactly do you doubleclick?
