Turkish Translation

Hi;

I'm Engin Erenturk;

I saw that your Turkish translator is not updating the lang pack recently. And i cannot see any Turkish documentation. I'm really going to be happy if i can help in this issues ( maybe much more after this :) ).

I've translated "RSSOwl" (RSS News Feeder) and CoLT Firefox plugin to Turkish.

Is it enough to download and translate the po file and send it back to you? Or do I have to register to somewhere else to be a official translator?
