[TSVN] Bug Report. I can't input Korean characters in the Commit Dialog.

I attached the capture image and utf-8 text file.

(But the error message is korean message.)

 

This error occurs in Commit and Log Dialogs.

 

I attached the capture image of Log Dialog(of TSVN repository).

svn log -r 8565 http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk
