If we are going to provide a means to use external tools, I would
favour a simple CSV export. Minimal addition to TSVN, and it can
easily be converted into whatever format is required using readily
available tools like OpenOffice, Excel.

But even CSV does not need any sort of priority until someone actually
asks for it, IMHO.
