Setting re-organization

Hi Stefan,

I see you moved Dialogs 1 and 2 under the general tab now. Looking
again at our settings, the headings are not optimal any more.

I suggest renaming the 'Look and feel' page as 'Context menu' and move
it under 'General'.

Keep 'Icon overlays' as separate section with 'Icon set' as a sub page.

  Dialogs 2
  Context menu (or maybe this one first?)

Icon overlays
  Icon set
