Bug, i think, in TortoiseSVN 1.4.5, build 10425

in repository graph (i've explored tortoise own repository) when mouse
over revision box, tooltip with the log message should popup. it's o'k,
but if tooltip size exceeds desktop size, it (tooltip) become flick fast
and unreadable (and unscrollable).
