Statistics dialog upgrade - two small issues

I've found to small issues in nightly 10926:
 
1) "Authors case insensitive" seems to be negated: If I check it,
authors are actually case sensitive (see attachment - both "KEC" and
"kec" are present in the legend even though it is checked).
 
2) The x-axis titel is placed on top of the x-axis labels (also see
attachment - "quarter of year" is not very readable) (This is an old bug
and has nothing to do with you, Andreas. But since you are working on it
it might be simple to fix).
