Sorry, I won't provide any more support for you. You want to modify TSVN
without giving those modifications back to us - if you wanted to give
those modifications back, you would have first ask here for opinions and
at least mentioned *what* you want to change. You did neither.

Another reason for me to stop helping you here:
Our build instructions are very detailed. You should be able to build
TSVN without any problems *if* you follow the instructions precisely.
And you question about whether deleting the .svn folders would help (and
you even deleted some of those folders and then you got a different
build error) clearly shows that you have no idea of Subversion at all,
and I'm sorry to say this, you also don't know much about C/C++. So I
must ask myself how you would even change TSVN yourself. This makes me
assume that you maybe only want to remove some copyright strings...
