ShowLog merge history

Hi all,

The log dialog now uses different indentation levels to indicate
different levels of merge history. The CLI includes a comment to show
where these levels come from, but we do not have anywhere to show
that.

Could it be added as a tooltip for merged revisions, or added as a
prefix in the log message pane?
