Enhancement: Revision graph window should store settings

Hello,

There are a number of settings that are not stored and one has to set
them every time the window appears. This is a bit annoying.

Here's a list of settings that should definitely persist between
sessions (or at least this should be an option):

- Zoom
- View / Show all revisions
- View / Group branches
- View / Newest on top
- View / Show HEAD revisions
- View / Exact copy sources
- View / Split long branches
- View / Fold tags
- View / Reduce cross-lines
