Crash after adding new files and before commit

Hi devs.

Had an unrecoverable situation after SVN Adding several new files to a WC.
After dialog appeared confirming add action and before committing files
a crash report form appeared and was submitted.
The cleanup command locked up and so was canceled. To recover the WC was
deleted and a fresh checkout used to re-add the new files without
further problems.

Probably not worth chasing this unless others report like errors.
Sorry for the noise but a crash report with slim details probably needed
a followup.

Using TSVN nightly 10485 talking to a remote repo running on Apache
2.0.55 with modules from SVN 1.4.2.
Note however had recently installed Troy Simpson's Windows SVN 1.4.5 on
the remote server but forgot to copy 2 modules across to Apache modules
folder so the Apache monitor was still reporting SVN 1.4.2.
Copied new module across, rebooted and all works as advertised, SVN 1.4.5
