Default Browse Paths

I've noticed that in the TSVN dialogs, 'Export' for example, that when you
click the '.' buttons to browse/select a path, that it always starts at the
very top level: i.e., 'Desktop', regardless of what is already in the
'Export Directory' text box (or Repository URL text box).

It'd make things a lot easier in a lot of cases if the browse path defaulted
to what was already written (if valid, of course). (I'm sure I'm not the
only one)
