You can check it with "<path to tools folder>\msgfmt.exe
--check-accelerators Tortoise_mk.po". The msgfmt.exe is included in
TortoiseSVN's tools.zip or can be downloaded separately (it's a part of
gettext package: http://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/).

Here are limitative lines (in case you don't have msgfmt.exe yet :) :

Tortoise_mk.po:5245: msgstr lacks the keyboard accelerator mark '&'
Tortoise_mk.po:5529: msgstr lacks the keyboard accelerator mark '&'
Tortoise_mk.po:6366: msgstr lacks the keyboard accelerator mark '&'
Tortoise_mk.po:6370: msgstr lacks the keyboard accelerator mark '&'
Tortoise_mk.po:6476: msgstr lacks the keyboard accelerator mark '&'

Good luck,
Stan
