Spurious output in FAQ

Hi folks,

Here's an oddity with the FAQ. Go to http://tortoisesvn.net/tracker
where the most recent changed entry is marked as the top level FAQ.
Click on that link and you get a pink box at the top saying "The
comment you are replying to does not exist".
