Hi Srdjan,
You did install the Macedonian language pack *and* TortoiseSVN from <http://nightlybuilds.tortoisesvn.net/latest/win32/>?
Both have revision 1.4.99.10247
And you did of course reboot or relogin after installing both?
It works fine on my PC, which means I can only recognize some TSVN actions by their icons :) Screenshot attached.
