Macedonian GUI translation not working

Hello all,

yesterday I submitted partial translation of Tortoise GUI and now I
downloaded the nightly build to test it, but after install I restarted the
computer and the Macedonian language is not showing up in the list of
languages. I tried with several other languages and everything is working
fine for them. Am I making the mistake or there is an error in the
installer. Moreover after installation, language dlls are not present in the
\TortoiseSVN\Languages folder.
