RE: Spellchecking of manuals

Hi Simon Large,

I'm slowly getting the impression that the "do not check this tag" options
are not available in aspell 0.50.3.

I got foooled by the output of the tortoisemerge check, which looked very
promising at a first glance, but the list is short anyway. I have tried
different options, but I can't make Aspell ignore the tags I mentioned. :(

At least I fixed some sub-optimal uses of <literal> this way...
