Since TortoiseSVN runs on windows only, I assume that this constraint is
acceptable :)

Unfortunately the aspell windows port doesn't seem to be maintained anymore,
but Aspell is the only spell checker that I found so far, which can handle
XML files.

Sorry my bad. Aspell.bat added to the repository a few seconds ago.
