Tortoise Vista Bug?

I am experiencing the following bug after installing the latest build of
Tortoise SVN on windows Vista Business 32 bit:

Explorer crashes whenever I right click on a desktop icon and left click
on properties. I uninstalled the SVN client and the problem went with
it.
