32bit TSVN under 64bit OS

Hi,

Is there some way how to open TSVN (32bit build) settings dialog box
under 64bit OS?

I cleared the "Settings > Icon Overlays > Show overlays and context
menu only in explorer" option using context menu in 32bit file manager.

 From this point TSVN shell extension should be visible only from Windows
Explorer, but it is 64bit application so it will ignore 32bit build of TSVN.

Is it possible to put TSVN Settings command to the Start menu group
instead of attached message box?
