Unfortunately, we need both.
One is for the infobox in TIDiff, the other for the tooltips on the
image headers. Yes, it's the same content apart from the tab, but
still, the tab makes the difference. Apparently, the tooltip uses a
different tabsize than the ExtTextOut() API (which is used to draw the
info boxes).
