Error using Delete (keep local) on a folder

Hi folks,

The extended context menu allows 'Delete (keep local)' for folders,
but when used it gives an error dialog:

In directory 'C:\TortoiseSVN\Simon-Work'
Error processing command 'modify-entry' in 'C:\TortoiseSVN\Simon-Work'
Error modifying entry for 'Folder-A'
'Folder-A' is not under version control

If this method cannot be used on folders it should be excluded from the menu.
