Adoption of --depth parameters to svn_client APIs

I was wondering whether TortoiseSVN's dev version has started using
the new (in unreleased Subversion 1.5) depth parameters on the
svn_client APIs. If so, around what revision did this occur
(especially for 'checkout')?
