Show excluded folders with checkmark

Hi folks,

The new option to show a check overlay on excluded versioned folders
comes between the exclude and include boxes. I think it should appear
below the include box instead. For one it looks better there, but also
it applies to the resultant of exclude and include conditions, not
just the exclude.
