TBlame config

Hi folks,

The colouring in TBlame is getting more complicated now, and the new
age->colour mapping uses 2 fixed colours. We always get requests to
make colours configurable for visually impaired users (yes, I know
they will probably turn this feature off if they can't see colour
graduations, but ...), do we need a settings page for TBlame in the
main TSVN settings dialog?

The another setting which could go there is the font, which is
currently taken from TMerge settings. Actually there are 2 fonts, but
we only allow to configure one of them.
