TortoiseMerge crashes when comparing files

Hi there
 
I tried to compare the two attached files in ToirtoiseMerge (via
TortoiseSVN context menu --> "SVN Diff") and the tool crashed.
 
Here the version of TortoiseSVN I used:

TortoiseMerge 1.4.0, Build 7501 - 32 Bit , 2006/09/15 21:34:55
libsvn_diff 1.4.0,
apr 0.9.12
apr-iconv 0.9.7
apr-utils 0.9.12
====
 
Is this a (known) bug? I haven't found anything about this issue in the
Flyspray bug tracker.
