Blame on files that switched between asciii and unicode

Hello!
 
I have a few files thats been changed back and forth (bloody users ;)
between ascii and unicode (of different types).
 
This makes it impossible to do blames on this file with:

I was going to report it on the issue tracker, but from what I understand,
