Rev graph observations

Hi folks,

A couple of minor inconsistencies in the rev graph.
The overview button has no tooltip.
The drag pointer on the overview graph is a pointing hand. I think it
should be a grabbing hand as used in TortoiseIDiff (and Acrobat).
