Dialog title for commit dialog

Hi folks,

The title for a commit dialog is "Enter log message". I think it would
be better to call it what it is ie. "Commit", rather than use the title
as a hint. It also makes it less obvious on a crowded task bar - I'm
looking for a commit dialog and "Enter Log..." looks took similar to
"Log Messa..." so I sometimes miss it completely and open another one.
