I almost replied to this that I can't reproduce it. Until I resized the
dialog not as I usually do by moving the bottom right corner but some
other window corner :)

I'm really starting to hate the DWM. The ugly black areas when
redrawing/resizing, tooltips with black borders, ...
And now it doesn't recognize that after resizing and repositioning
controls that it has to update their screen region.

Added a workaround in revision 8817.
