New repository browser visual flaws when resizing...

I'm running under vista (with all the glass junk on) and when I
resize the repository browser, the contents of the window fail to
redraw and I get the frame drawn in the content area over and over
again (as I drag the frame out.)

Pressing F5 fixes the problem mostly, though there remains some
visual glitches in the the bottom area around the buttons.

Bringing another window on top of the browser and then bringing
the browser back to the top does not cause the content to be
redrawn.
