"Ctrl+F5 to load all children" in repo-browser

In a new version of repo-browser tree nodes automatically show their
children on expansion. This is very convenient ;-)

I wonder whether there is still a need for "Ctrl+F5 to load all
children" operation, as it is both slow and seem unnecessary any more?
