single file export :command-line subversion supports it but TortoiseSVN does not

Hi there TortoiseSVN developers. You rock, you know you do.

However, I'm afraid there is a bug in TortoiseSVN, one that's been
brushed aside a couple of times on this list and in the FAQ :
http://tortoisesvn.net/node/7

The only problem is this :
http://subversion.tigris.org/faq.html#single-file-checkout

The two FAQs disagree.

It turns out that Subversion's command line client does support
'export' of a single file. Not 'checkout'. But 'export' does operate
on single files, no error, it just works.

Is there any chance that I can get someone to stick this in the bug
list? Export has it's own menu item and action distinct from checkout
already, it shouldn't be too difficult to add support for single-file
export, should it? Please don't make my friends resort to the
command-line for this feature: think big project, frequently changing
config file, and you're a QA or Release Engineer who won't be changing
project files. Single-file export is exactly the feature desired.

Someone should at least update the portion of the TortoiseSVN FAQ I
referred to above. I've done my best with my comment there, but it'd
be nice if the whole thing could be corrected and my comment could be
merged into the answer or removed.

Thanks, keep rockin'
