Just try to add some file to (new) changelist, and you will see them ;-)
After that try right-clicking and double-left-clicking on changelist headers.

This was a feature request by me, rejected by Stefan because the same
can be achieved by combination of "Select/Deselect all files" checkbox
and "Select changelist" menu item.
I still feel that a dedicated menu item would be slightly more
convenient, but it is no big deal for me.
