Doc for changelists

Hi folks,

I want to add doc for changelists, but I can't figure out what they do.
In Commit and CfM I can see menu entries for adding files to changelists
and removing them, but then what? I don't see any way of listing
changelists, selecting just the files in one changelist, committing just
one changelist, etc. What am I missing?
