The MSI I see in http://nightlybuilds.tortoisesvn.net/1.4.x/win32/ still
has the svn-1.4.2 designator:
        TortoiseSVN-1.4.1.8546-dev-win32-svn-1.4.2.msi

Is this just a not-yet-renamed file or is the file not actually updated?
