Please test the 1.4.x nightly build

Hi,

Subversion has released version 1.4.3, and that means it's time for
another TortoiseSVN release. So please get the 1.4.x nightly build from
http://nightlybuilds.tortoisesvn.net/1.4.x/
and give it a test.

If all goes well, I'd like to get the new release out this weekend.
