As soon as you see a TSVN dialog, you've started the TSVN application.
And when you do that the first time, the sound events are registered.

If you install an application as "advertised" with msi, you don't get a
repair option but the application will be installed automatically when
you first click on that advertised link.
But that's not what we do here.
